Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the TicketsKings platform available at ticketskings.com ("Platform"), operated by:

1.2. By creating an account, purchasing tickets, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. The Platform provides ticketing services for events, Pay-Per-View streaming, travel bookings, and related services.
1.4. All payment transactions are processed through Worldline/Saferpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment services provider.
§ 2. Definitions
- User — any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Platform
- Buyer — a User who purchases tickets or services through the Platform
- Organizer — a User who creates and manages events on the Platform
- Account — a registered user profile on the Platform
- Ticket — a digital or physical entry authorization for an event
- PPV Access — a digital right to view a Pay-Per-View broadcast
- Card Token — a secure reference to a stored payment card, managed by Worldline/Saferpay
§ 3. Account Registration
3.1. To purchase tickets or access services, Users must create an Account providing: full name, email address, and a password.
3.2. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
3.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3.4. Users may optionally save a payment card for faster checkout. Card data is tokenized and stored securely by Worldline/Saferpay — TicketsKings never stores full card numbers.
3.5. Each User may maintain only one Account. TicketsKings reserves the right to merge or suspend duplicate accounts.
§ 4. Purchasing Tickets & Services
4.1. All prices displayed on the Platform include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. A purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized by Worldline/Saferpay.
4.3. Upon successful purchase, the Buyer receives a confirmation email with a digital ticket (QR code) and/or access credentials.
4.4. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the Organizer explicitly permits resale or transfer.
4.5. TicketsKings acts as an intermediary between Buyers and Organizers. The contract of sale is between the Buyer and the Organizer.
§ 5. Subscription & Pricing
5.1. Access to the TicketsKings platform requires a paid monthly subscription.
5.2. Promotional pricing: New Users receive a promotional rate of $1.00 USD per month for the first 3 months of membership ("Promotional Period").
5.3. Standard pricing: After the Promotional Period, the subscription automatically renews at $5.00 USD per month.
5.4. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Saferpay recurring payments. The first payment is charged at registration.
5.5. Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5.6. Currency: Prices are displayed in USD. Local currency equivalents are calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of payment via Worldline Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
5.7. TicketsKings reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their current rate until the end of their billing cycle following the notice period.
5.8. The subscription fee covers platform access only. Ticket prices, travel bookings, and PPV access are charged separately at the point of purchase.
§ 6. Payment Processing
7.1. All payments are processed via Worldline/Saferpay, supporting 30+ payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, BLIK, Przelewy24, Klarna, and others.
7.2. Card tokenization: When a User opts to save their card, Saferpay creates a secure token. This allows one-click checkout for future purchases without re-entering card details.
7.3. 3D Secure 2.2 authentication is applied to card transactions in compliance with PSD2/SCA regulations.
7.4. TicketsKings does not store, process, or have access to full card numbers. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Worldline/Saferpay.
§ 7. Refunds & Cancellations
6.1. Refund eligibility depends on the Organizer's refund policy, which is displayed on each event page before purchase.
6.2. If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, Buyers are entitled to a full refund.
6.3. If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Buyers who cannot attend may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
6.4. PPV access is non-refundable once the broadcast has started.
7.5. Travel bookings are subject to the specific cancellation terms of the travel provider.

7.7. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
§ 8. Organizer Obligations
7.1. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, including dates, venues, and pricing.
7.2. Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
7.3. Platform fees are agreed individually with each Organizer and deducted automatically from sales proceeds.
7.4. Organizer payouts are processed according to the schedule agreed in the individual partnership agreement.
§ 9. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Use automated bots or scripts to purchase tickets
- Resell tickets at inflated prices without Organizer authorization
- Create false or fraudulent accounts
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or payment systems
- Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
§ 10. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on the Platform, including design, logos, text, and software, is the property of Payment Provider sp. z o.o. or its licensors.
9.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without prior written consent.
§ 11. Liability
10.1. TicketsKings acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of events organized by third parties.
10.2. TicketsKings is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
10.3. Total liability of TicketsKings is limited to the amount of platform fees charged in the preceding 3 months.
§ 12. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Katowice, Poland.
11.2. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
§ 13. Amendments
12.1. TicketsKings reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days' notice via email.
12.2. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance.
§ 14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
